Tri Pointe Tiers is our tiered commission structure, designed to reward momentum and make every sale more valuable as the year progresses. How Tri Pointe Tiers Works*:

1st Sale of 2026 | 2% referral fee of the total purchase price
2nd Sale of 2026 | 3% referral fee of the total purchase price

*Receive a graduating tiered referral fee as set forth below for each qualifying sale that is made/purchase agreement executed during calendar year 2026 when your buyer purchases an eligible Tri Pointe Homes® Charlotte home, payable at closing to Realtor’s brokerage firm if and only if: (i) Realtor personally accompanies buyer on buyer’s first visit to the community, whether such visit is virtual or in person, and is the procuring cause of the sale; (ii) buyer executes a Purchase Agreement between 1/1/26 and 12/31/26; (iii) the Purchase Agreement is accepted in writing by seller; (iv) Realtor is licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson in the state in which the property is located and remains licensed and in good standing through escrow closing; and (v) buyer closes and the property is conveyed to buyer in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement. Not available on existing contracts. No referral fee will be paid if escrow does not close. Available on new Purchase Agreements only (not for existing contracts). The graduating tiered referral fee is as follows: (a) 2% of the total purchase price for Realtor’s first qualifying sale/buyer executed purchase agreement in 2026; (b) 3% of the total purchase price for Realtor’s second qualifying sale/buyer executed purchase agreement in 2026; and (c) 4% of the total purchase price for Realtor’s third and subsequent qualifying sales/buyer executed purchase agreements in 2026. Referral fees not available if the Realtor is also the buyer. Realtor “teams” are not eligible for tiered referral fees and may not aggregate sales to achieve higher tiers. The applicable referral fee tier level is based on the order in which qualifying purchase agreements are originally executed in 2026, not the order in which they close. If a qualifying purchase agreement cancels prior to closing, referral fee tiers will be re-sequenced accordingly. Once a sale closes, its commission tier is locked and will not be retroactively adjusted. This program applies only to eligible transactions and may be modified or discontinued at the company’s discretion. The prices of our homes, included features, plans, specifications, promotions/incentives, community build-out and available locations are subject to change without notice. Stated dimensions, square footage and acreage are approximate and should not be used as a representation of any home’s or homesite’s precise or actual size, location or orientation.
